During the June holidays, I spent 3 days 2 Night in Cinta Sayang Resort which was located
in Sungai Petani, Kedah for my church's Youth Retreat..
I learned many things from this youth retreat, mainly about relationships..
With Family, Friends, God...^^
I really enjoyed myself...There were about 15-20 youths including me from St.Marks' Church..
We were divided into groups, according to the Fruits of the Holy spirit.
[Love, Joy, Self-Control, Peace, Patient, Kindness, Goodness, Gentleness and Faithfulness]
We had to pick a piece of paper from a jar and mine was a car, 'Honda'.
Irony, Me and my friend Jo Anne thought that both of us won't be in the same group anymore..
I mean...where got so coincidence eh??
But it turns out, WE WERE!XD
Jo Anne picked the paper that had 'Nissan'...Ha-Ha..
Talk about Coincidence. [I Love You, God.XD]

Friday
Went to church at 12.30...waited for like two hours before we departed from there.XD
Reached Cinta Sayang at around 4...? Not sure, Don't remember..=P
Checked into our rooms[Jo Anne and I, that is]
And went for tea...At 6.00, we were briefly introduced and blablabla...
Afterwards, we had a short Holy Communion Service...
And after that, we were divided into the groups...Then in the group, we played a game...Had to wrap my group leader in newspapers...like a mummy..Ha-ha..
Our group WON!^^ YAY!!=)

Saturday
Woke Up at 7.00...Ate Breakfast...then had Morning Devotion by my very own GodFather, Jo Anne's Father...XD
It was really intriguing. GodFather talked about how our lives are really like a pencil...
We were made for a used. Like How Pencil is made to write, we are made for something...
Actually there are many things to talk about...But I forgot.LOL.
After a short break, the session began.
Aunty Joy preached about our relationship with our Family...
And I was the mangsa for all her questions..XD Not that I mind...=)
Then after Lunch, was the Special Preacher, Mrs Hannah Tan...
She was very funny. Laughed a lot in this session...^^Her daughter, Jo Anne [Yeah..same name like my friend..ha-ha..]
Even taught us the Holy Tambourine Dance..[Which I never knew existed!]
There are really movements by using Tambourine that are related to God...Wow..
Enjoyed myself as well, though my hand was paining after that.
Then at evening, Was the....BGR session.What is BGR? Tsk. It's the Boy Girl Relationship session!>.<>Sunday
Last day here..T.T
Results were told by our Youth Advisor...
And Guess what?
LOVE GROUP WON!^^We won the whole thing! We got first! Whoot Whoot!
=P Got a notebook for that..Haha.
After Lunch, we headed to The Carnivall!It's the WATER THEME PARK!
First we swam around..[Me, Jo Anne and Christinna]..
Then afterwards we decided to go to the slides!
I went with another youth friend...It wasn't that scary..really...Then Jo Anne and Christinna went to the Blue Slide[pics later]
while I went alone..because the youth friend went MIA after that..T.T
So I had to ride the blue slide alone.
IT was...to describe it:HELL-OMGEENIE-OHMYGOODNESS-MYHEART- scary.
The way the float zoom down from up to bottom...
I was gripping the float so tightly my knuckles turned white.XD
My heart was fluttering beneath my chest so fast that I feel it was about to pop out!
But...It was awesome!!XD
We spent about 4 hours there..=)Went back at 5.00 I think?
All I know what that the minute I reached home, I slept like a log until the next morning.
Gay right?XP
